is an Australian owned company operating in Hong Kong. The company is
a member of an international network of independent consultants in higher
education policy and management.
SPRE carries out research, strategy
and policy studies in the field of education, specifically in international
and transnational education. It provides consulting services and advice
to universities and other education institutions internationally. It produces,
publishes, sells and distributes internationally, in book and computer
file versions, reports resulting from research, strategy and policy studies.

Rebecca Wright,
an Australian living and working in Hong Kong, is a Researcher

Admitted as a Solicitor in New South Wales and in the High Court
of Australia, Rebecca worked in Australia as a Solicitor with
Allens Arthur Robinson in Brisbane, and earlier as a Law
Graduate and Paralegal and as a Casual Electorate Officer and
Research Assistant for a member of the Queensland Parliament.
She has Bachelor of Laws with First Class Honours and Bachelor
of Business in International Business from Queensland University
